Ray DeWeese is the Owner and Founder of Novo, LLC, established to navigate the rapidly evolving multimedia rights and hospitality sector after over 20 years of industry experience. His consulting work has supported various teams, leagues, and companies, including recent clients like Cincinnati and Washington State.
Previously, as CEO and Partner at REVELxp, he successfully integrated five acquired companies and more than doubled revenue in less than three years. Prior to REVELxp, his tenure as Executive Vice President at Learfield IMG involved managing 48 properties. He was recognized in SportsBusiness Journal's "Forty Under 40" in 2015 for his contributions to the industry.

Erika Pringsheim-Moore, Non-Sport Business
With more than 30 years' experience in corporate sponsorship and business development, marketing communications, event production, media and public relations, Erika has worked with dozens of California companies on strategic business development projects, a majority of which involved building mutually beneficial partnerships between corporations, media and nonprofit organizations.
A partial list of clients includes the California State Parks Foundation, Metro Lafayette, Patch Adams M.D. and the Gesundheit! Institute, UC Berkeley's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, and Santa Monica Pier's Pacific Park. These projects involved development of regional marketing strategies, promotional partnership formation, sponsorship acquisition, signature event creation and production, and conference management.

John Rizzardini has worked in the sports industry for 30 years. He has held senior management positions for professional sports franchises across the NFL, NBA, NHL,MLS and NCAA Division 1 athletic programs. His broad experience includes starting new franchises, opening new arenas and turning around underperforming franchises.

His expertise includes: brand identity, naming and logo development, marketing, communications, ticket sales, suite sales, game presentation, research, organization structure and leadership.
Rizzardini is a professor, writer and guest lecturer for sports management programs.
