In our last newsletter, we asked #sportsbiz professionals how confident they feel about returning to the stands. Their answers are something of a red flag for the very industry in which they work.
Only 33% indicated a willingness to return to the stands immediately. While some indicated a #COVID vaccine would bring them back, another 31% suggested even that might not be enough.
Whether this represents a short or long term impact for #sportsbusiness remains to be seen, but clearly teams and leagues need to take steps to make fans feel comfortable and confident about returning.
